Compose of MIIS-300 xenon lamp system/Xe300W xenon lamp system, black light lamp, photocatalytic reaction tank, constant temperature tank and dark chamber, etc.


Light source:


The spectral energy distribution of MIIS-300 xenon lamp system is close to that of sunlight. The spectral distribution of the continuous part of the spectrum is almost independent of the change of lamp input power, and the spectral energy distribution is almost unchanged in the lifetime.


The Max-303 (ASAHI SPECTRA) xenon lamp system consists of an Xe300W xenon lamp, an Xe300W xenon lamp power supply, a light guide and a set of filters. The main technical parameters are that the average output power is greater than 300W, and the light wave can be adjusted in the range of 280nm to 630nm, which can produce non-exothermic visible and ultraviolet light similar to the solar spectrum. It adopts the complete heat resistance design of mirror module, with a variety of mirror modules and optional output light intensity. It contains low stray light, cold light source, continuously adjustable light power, infrared thermal barrier, built-in light filter, adjustable light intensity, flexible lighting through optical fiber, no need for optical axis alignment, RS232C remote control. It has high stability and high output power.


Black light lamp: a special gas discharge lamp can emit 330-400nm ultraviolet light wave for photocatalytic reaction under ultraviolet light conditions.


Thermostatic pool: It can adjust the reaction temperature in the photocatalytic reaction process to realize the constant temperature condition in the reaction process and prevent the system temperature change caused by the input of light source.


Photocatalytic reaction tank: it provides a reaction matrix for photocatalytic reaction and contains a stirring device, which can realize photocatalytic liquid phase reaction at different stirring rates.


Dark box: provides conditions for dark processing response, and can effectively avoid the light source of human eye damage.


Applications:


It can be combined with gas chromatography, photocatalytic reactor and so on to form a set of on-line gas phase photocatalytic evaluation equipment, which can be used to study and the performance of the photocatalytic degradation & mineralized organic pollutants. The alternate use of various light sources can basically satisfy the light conditions in the photocatalytic reaction and realize the optimal management of the reaction conditions.
